Thanks for the link! I must’ve missed that one. I like seeing VG gear “in the wild” since you don’t much.
I haven’t had much luck with the analog iPad “audio interfaces” myself. Crosstalk is a big issue. If you can convince the iPad to switch to the dock connector audio-out, you can cut down on that, but they’re still pretty noisy. Although, for Vernon’s purposes, noise might not be a problem. ^_^
Sweet, I'd love to see it! Always great to see how people process their signals...my GAS has been running low of late, I can always use an excuse to top it off. :)
I'm still stuck on old school pedals myself (plus a Zoom G3 for weird modulations, delays and 'verbs), but my bandmate Paul is quite adept at using his iPad for a variety of textures and sounds. It's a really great era we live in for guitar and bass.
Heh. I just got a little $150 bonus from work, and I went to my gear-to-buy list... Then I realized I probably had things that could do almost everything on the list. I just needed to get it all set up.
Not that that is going to keep me from buying more gear... ^_^

A post about my rig is going up tonight. It’s kind of a mini-version of Vernon’s. ^_^ Three signal paths in parallel.
